Participated in the Study Tour to develop your skills to survive the initial 72hours after an earthquake at Sona Area Tokyo, followed by a group work session.
A study session was held. A report on activities following the Oku-Noto torrential rain disaster was presented, followed by a group discussion on learning methods for disaster relief.
Once again this year, HuMA members participated in a training exercise aimed at improving the ability to respond promptly and accurately to emergency rescue operations in the event of a large-scale disaster.

The HuMA team is participating in a disaster drill hosted by Peace Winds Japan (PWJ). We will support disaster victims in cooperation with many other attending organizations in a scenario under the assumption that a huge earthquake and tsunami has caused extensive damage in a wide area.
