A heartwarming day filled with paintings and smiles (10.15)

The facility conducted annual health checkups for all residents. To ensure a smooth X-ray process, HuMA nurses assisted residents with transportation and dressing. Thanks to the prior preparations by the night shift staff, the examinations went very smoothly. In the latter half of the morning, we assisted with mealtime.

Today, one of the HuMA nurses has completed her duties and is heading home. The nursing supervisor, who came to see her off, expressed their sincere gratitude, saying, “Thank you all so much for making this feel like your own workplace.” In the afternoon, the remaining nurses assisted approximately 20 residents with bathing as usual.

The lounge is adorned with a colorful oil painting. According to one of the residents, this painting depicts the scenery of the old Horyu district, where people used to fish in small, manually operated boats called “tenma.” They explained that the fish caught using this net-free, fish-friendly method were exceptionally delicious. Every time we hear stories from the residents, we realize how warm and welcoming this facility truly is. Going forward, we will continue to prioritize influenza prevention efforts to ensure that all our residents can enjoy safe and peaceful days.
