The staff at the elderly care facility that HuMA is supporting have been greatly impacted by the recent torrential rain disaster, resulting in a severe staff shortage. To assist the facility in maintaining operations and to reduce the workload on the remaining staff, HuMA has been providing support services until the affected staff members can return to work in October. Our ongoing support has allowed the staff to concentrate on their duties without undue stress and has facilitated the resumption of rehabilitation services. It is truly rewarding to hear that our efforts have helped to revitalize the exhausted staff and the facility.
For the remaining period, we aim to further reduce the burden on staff and support a smooth return to work.
